Ards ASC Committee will be having the Annual General Meeting on
Thursday 7th June 2012 at 7:30pm in Function Room 1.

We will be appointing members to the committee in advance of next season

There are numerous jobs within Committee which is run entirely by volunteers,
and I encourage you to come along and get involved.
Your children are the ones who benefit.

No Committee = No Club = Unhappy Children

Hi all

I am having a coffee morning to raise money for the div 1 training camp in Limerick later in the month.
On Saturday 9 June
10am -12 pm @ 7 Aldergrange Park
minimum entry £3
Any donations from bakers will be gratefully received and should be left at my house the night before.
Parents of all swimmers are invited.

If you have any Tesco Vouchers still to be handed in, please give them to
HELEN CREANEY at the earliest opportunity.

The promotion is now over and we would like to collect and count them as soon as possible
so that we can place our request for First Aid Kits, Stopwatches, Bunting and Clip boards.

Our target was 7300, so hopefully we’re close.

All,
I am writing to ask you to check your payments to Ards ASC for fees
2011/2012.

Our mid season audit shows some elected to pay by Standing Order and
completed the mandate at the beginning of the season, however our
recent audit indicates some fees remain unpaid.

This may well be a banking administrative error, but I would appreciate
it if you would please check your bank records and advise if there has
indeed been an administrative error that has affected payment.

This can then be rectified at the earliest opportunity to ensure that
every swimmer is fully insured and registered with a swim club in
advance of our end of season meets.

Failure to pay these outstanding fees will result in no entries being accepted for
Galas until settled in full.
